  Laugh…Laugh…and Laugh ! Laugh so much that you find it difficult even to breathe, Laugh to the extent that laughing create cramps in your stomach. Yes, this is not a punishment but a successful treatment for a hundred type of diseases.  Laughter has an amazing ability to protect us from many diseases, i.e from improving diabetes to opening clogged veins and reducing the risk of heart attack, and most importantly, we do not have to spend a single penny for this. Wow , isn't it really worth a million and that too without any cost attached to it !



  In today's modern environment that we live in, is full of medicinal treatments and unprecedented medical breakthroughs, one cannot even dream that something as simple as laughter can be so beneficial and effective for your health.  Not only can it compete but also beat the highly scientific chemical formulae found in today's medicines.

  Studies also suggest that laughing can positively control rheumatoid arthritis by influencing the level of stress, as well as the psychological benefits of controlling stress and stress-related conditions.  Perhaps the greatest discovery that is   Published by S.
